*We pay full commission on single-family and paired homes including pre-construction models and spec/quick possession homes, cooperating fully with CREB Brokers by paying full REALTOR® commission of 3.5% of the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the total home price, including upgrades (excluding land and GST). For townhomes, we pay a flat fee.
To enrol in our REALTOR® & Broker Partnership Program, simply register your clients in-person, up front before we begin working with them, and we will pay your commission upon removal of conditions on the sale. Registration is valid for 30 days, and you are welcome to re-register as often as needed.
